陽極氧化的原理是什么

將金(jin)屬(shu)或(huo)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)的(de)(de)制(zhi)件(jian)(jian)作為陽(yang)極(ji),采用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法使其(qi)(qi)表(biao)面(mian)形成(cheng)(cheng)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)薄膜(mo)。金(jin)屬(shu)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)薄膜(mo)改變了(le)(le)表(biao)面(mian)狀態和(he)(he)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能,如表(biao)面(mian)著(zhu)色(se),提高(gao)耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕性(xing)(xing)(xing)、增強(qiang)(qiang)耐(nai)磨性(xing)(xing)(xing)及硬(ying)度,保護金(jin)屬(shu)表(biao)面(mian)等(deng)。例(li)如鋁(lv)(lv)陽(yang)極(ji)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),將鋁(lv)(lv)及其(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)置于相應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液(ye)(如硫(liu)酸、鉻酸、草酸等(deng))中(zhong)作為陽(yang)極(ji),在(zai)特定條件(jian)(jian)和(he)(he)外加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流作用下,進行電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)。陽(yang)極(ji)的(de)(de)鋁(lv)(lv)或(huo)其(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua) ,表(biao)面(mian)上形成(cheng)(cheng)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)(lv)薄層(ceng) ,其(qi)(qi)厚度為5~30微米 ,硬(ying)質(zhi)陽(yang)極(ji)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)可達(da)25~150微米 。陽(yang)極(ji)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)后(hou)的(de)(de)鋁(lv)(lv)或(huo)其(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin),提高(gao)了(le)(le)其(qi)(qi)硬(ying)度和(he)(he)耐(nai)磨性(xing)(xing)(xing),可達(da)250~500千克/平(ping)方(fang)(fang)(fang)毫米,良(liang)好的(de)(de)耐(nai)熱(re)性(xing)(xing)(xing) ,硬(ying)質(zhi)陽(yang)極(ji)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)熔點高(gao)達(da)2320K ,優良(liang)的(de)(de)絕緣性(xing)(xing)(xing) ,耐(nai)擊穿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓高(gao)達(da)2000V ,增強(qiang)(qiang)了(le)(le)抗腐(fu)蝕性(xing)(xing)(xing)能 ,在(zai)ω=0.03NaCl鹽霧中(zhong)經幾千小時(shi)不腐(fu)蝕。氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)薄層(ceng)中(zhong)具(ju)有大量(liang)的(de)(de)微孔(kong),可吸附各種(zhong)潤滑(hua)劑(ji),適合(he)(he)(he)制(zhi)造(zao)發動機氣(qi)缸或(huo)其(qi)(qi)他耐(nai)磨零件(jian)(jian);膜(mo)微孔(kong)吸附能力強(qiang)(qiang)可著(zhu)色(se)成(cheng)(cheng)各種(zhong)美(mei)觀(guan)艷麗(li)的(de)(de)色(se)彩(cai)。有色(se)金(jin)屬(shu)或(huo)其(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)(如鋁(lv)(lv)、鎂及其(qi)(qi)合(he)(he)(he)金(jin)等(deng))都可進行陽(yang)極(ji)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)處(chu)理,這(zhe)種(zhong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法廣泛用于機械零件(jian)(jian),飛機汽(qi)車部件(jian)(jian),精密(mi)儀器及無線電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器材(cai),日用品(pin)和(he)(he)建筑裝飾(shi)等(deng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面(mian)。
